YOGA FIRST STEP FOR DIABETIC

Yoga Is not cure for diabetes.  But it enables one to bring self control.

Diabetic requires energy conservation. Overnight one cannot bring this, from foodie or sociable life. Yoga can achieve this over a period of time.

Don't practise yoga as an exercise, then you will not achieve the energy conservation.
Instead you learn to harmonize with right breathing, focus on your mind and body coordination.

Just start yoga right away
