EASY DAILY FASTING

At present mostly people eat dinner very late night .  Digestion takes minimum 2 hours , then only your pollution system will clean up if you start sleeping. Because of late dinner and immediate sleep your digestive system will be on , naturally your body won't have sufficient time for cleaning. Again in the morning you force feed for breakfast. 
Religious Indian goes for fasting on a regular basis. Indian PM fasts on monthly special occasions.

There are plenty of benefits on fasting.  I am not for compulsory fasting particularly I am a diabetic.

Thank God, sleep is a fasting period, by finishing dinner before 6 p m ,one has easy fasting for 14 hours.  I can bet your body will love this

CAT FAMILY, YOU SHOW THE WAY

Cats are stickler for the food habits. They are nonvegans . From My daughter's adopted kittens, I have observed they eat only nonvegetarian food. They also eat right quantity, the moment their stomach is filled they keep away from eating. There is no question of OVEREATING.

My blood sugar counts remained in the range of 160 to 200 random.
Yesterday it was a record day for me, it was 145.
T2, without pills, only through lifestyle, which I can assure you the best way of life.

MY FOOD

Since I am a diabetic, I live on green veggies.  Most of my food are cooked green veggies or salads.

South India is famous for many vegetables curries, sambar, chutney. I avoid root vegetables and I love eating green vegetables curries without rice.

I also workout for an hour in a day .

My blood sugar is under control , you will be surprised i live without medicine.

SUGARLESS IS DIFFICULT OPTION


In India, coffee or tea is taken with a spoon of sugar. This is repeatedly drunk many times in a day. Diabetics should worry about this sugar intake. Try to drink sugarless coffee or tea alternatively black coffee, tea.

Adopt a sugarless day once a week.
Avoid processed foods, most of them contain sugar.
Avoid fizzy drinks, instead drink plain water.

EXCLUDE SUGAR AND SIMPLE CARBO


T2 and PRE DIABETICS avoid these two food ingredients. You can manage blood sugar
effortlessly.

Even for others, it is healthy to avoid sugar and simple carbo.

They are insatiable; only green vegetables can fill the stomach.
