At present mostly people eat dinner very late night . Digestion takes minimum 2 hours , then only your pollution system will clean up if you start sleeping. Because of late dinner and immediate sleep your digestive system will be on , naturally your body won't have sufficient time for cleaning. Again in the morning you force feed for breakfast.
Religious Indian goes for fasting on a regular basis. Indian PM fasts on monthly special occasions.
There are plenty of benefits on fasting. I am not for compulsory fasting particularly I am a diabetic.
Thank God, sleep is a fasting period, by finishing dinner before 6 p m ,one has easy fasting for 14 hours. I can bet your body will love this
