LIVE YOUR LIFE DONOT TRY TO SURVIVE

If your diabetes is in the border line, you can live with diabetes happily.

Follow these guidelines 

A   90% of your food is Green vegetables raw or cooked.  

B   an hour of physical exercise with 25 minutes of weight training 

You are out of clutches of medicine and doctors.  You are saving your valuable time and energy, money.
