WEEKEND PLAN

For diabetes who are in employment , you concentrate on your job.

I will give you a weekend plan to start with.


Right food

Live on vegetables, coffee,tea or milk.  Strictly say no direct Carbo foods

Workouts

Walking or cycling or jogging combined with 15 minutes of weight training

Right quantity

Since you are eating cooked  or salad, naturally you will be eating right quantity

Way of eating

Chew the food and swallow the food has become liquified

In short run high blood sugar

* affects your efficiency of the work.  For an athlete, his grip on bat or ball will not be firm

* your alertness in the office work will be down

Continue your medicine, continue this week end plan.  Monitor your sugar levels

You can observe tremendous improvements in the blood sugar range.
