A   90% of your food is Green vegetables raw or cooked.  

B   an hour of physical exercise with 25 minutes of weight training 

You are out of clutches of medicine and doctors.  You are saving your valuable time and energy, money.

Yoga is not a solution to end diabetes disorder.  I am practising yoga for long years and intensively for the last five years.  Yoga enabled me to have TONGUE control on eating and incidentally loose talking.

Hence yoga is must to have self control and  once self control is in place your life will be fulfilling.

YOGA FIRST STEP FOR DIABETIC

Yoga Is not cure for diabetes.  But it enables one to bring self control.

Diabetic requires energy conservation. Overnight one cannot bring this, from foodie or sociable life. Yoga can achieve this over a period of time.

Don't practise yoga as an exercise, then you will not achieve the energy conservation.
Instead you learn to harmonize with right breathing, focus on your mind and body coordination.

TALK LESS MORE ACTION CONSERVE ENERGY


Every diabetic should conserve body energy to moderate the blood sugar.

For non diabetic excess glucose in the blood is stored for the future use.  But for diabetics excess sugar in the blood is not converted and stored.  Hence the extra sugar is partly let out through urines.
It is a big burden on kidney and the urine system.   It is wasted energy.  Diabetic is caught between devil and deep sea.

Moderating sugar is nothing but effective energy management.  By eating green vegetables which are fibrous , hence sugar is released into the blood slowly.  Additionally you conserve energy by not engaging in loose talk. Thus you can focus on your work and keep the sugar under reasonable range.

WEEKEND PLAN

For diabetes who are in employment , you concentrate on your job.

I will give you a weekend plan to start with.


Right food

Live on vegetables, coffee,tea or milk.  Strictly say no direct Carbo foods

Workouts

Walking or cycling or jogging combined with 15 minutes of weight training

Right quantity

Since you are eating cooked  or salad, naturally you will be eating right quantity

Way of eating

Chew the food and swallow the food has become liquified

In short run high blood sugar

* affects your efficiency of the work.  For an athlete, his grip on bat or ball will not be firm

* your alertness in the office work will be down

Continue your medicine, continue this week end plan.  Monitor your sugar levels

You can observe tremendous improvements in the blood sugar range.

DANGEROUS DIRECT CARBO

Keep off from direct carbo food, it is the first step in your moderation plan.

If you are a diabetic blood sugar varies on a daily basis. In case if any day sugar is very high, instead of rushing to a doctor, for few days keep off from eating direct carbo, you can see the result yourself.  First step in moderation of sugar is avoiding direct carbo foods.

MODERATION ONLY WAY

Best way to moderate your diabetes is through TONGUE CONTROL.  TONGUE engages in loose talking and loose eating.  As a diabetic we are concerned about loose eating.

HOW TO GO ABOUT THIS

Say no direct carbo food

Eat right quantity tight time 
Chew the food , so the solid food becomes liquefied and then swallow .
This will drastically reduce your intake and your stomach feels filling
