YOGA,ME AND DIABETES

I invest an hour daily in yoga practice six days in a week. My yoga routine included warm-up, few suryd

namaskar.  Followed by simple asanas.  I practise following advanced asanas:

        SIRASASANA
         TRIPOD INVERSION
          CROW POSE
           BRIDGE POSE
            SCORPION POSE

Yoga did bring self control in me
particularly my eating routine and not prompting on talking.

Moderating blood sugar can be achieved through self control with the practice of yoga.
