EXERCISES

EXERCISES are must for everyone today, due to sedentary lifestyle.  You cannot moderate blood sugar by mere exercising alone. EXERCISES are complementary to diets.

Today most of the people overeat.  That too MORE of junk food. If exercise is done, even a non-diabetics family will get diabetes.

Even one regularly runs, diabetes can come due to heredity
