FIRE IN THE BELLY

Exercise is a must for diabetics as well as non-diabetics.  Blood sugar is not constant for diabetic ;it is a must to do exercise on every day to keep a diabetic energetic.

ONLY exercises can't overcome or moderate blood sugar. Right diet is very essential.
If you combine right diet with exercise, you can feel the FIRE in the belly.   You will excel in your work and sports.  Your whole body will be efficient and effective in optimising energy.
You are ready for long hours of work , nice sleep, precise in your communication.  What else you need?  Life is beautiful being a diabetic.
