DONT FORCE FOOD AT LEAST ON WEEKENDS

Most of us are employed in an organization.  You like or not you are into forced routine. Forcing food is common routine, whether you have Appetite or not. 

At least weekends are yours, by habit don't force feed your stomach.  Friday dinner onwards you go on a RAW VEGAN food for weekend. See the body transformation, it is worth adopting
