LIVE YOUR LIFE DONOT TRY TO SURVIVE

If your diabetes is in the border line, you can live with diabetes happily.

Follow these guidelines 

A   90% of your food is Green vegetables raw or cooked.  

B   an hour of physical exercise with 25 minutes of weight training 

You are out of clutches of medicine and doctors.  You are saving your valuable time and energy, money.

REALLY YOU ARE LIVING

Any of your parents Is diabetic, likely you may become diabetic. After 30years of age check your blood sugar.

Be positive if you're a diabetic.
