DIABETIC YOU CAN MAKE YOUR BODY'S SYSTEMS WORK WONDERFULLY

ADVANTAGES of taking food which mostly consist of green veggies and protein will enable DIGESTIVE AND POLLUTION SYSTEM to WORK wonderfully. Mostly people overeat since they don't listen to appetite or ablution signal.  But if you are a Green Vegan your body system will signal you on appetite or ablution  You will get wonderful asleep.

YOGA,ME AND DIABETES

I invest an hour daily in yoga practice six days in a week. My yoga routine included warm-up, few suryd

namaskar.  Followed by simple asanas.  I practise following advanced asanas:

        SIRASASANA
         TRIPOD INVERSION
          CROW POSE
           BRIDGE POSE
            SCORPION POSE

Yoga did bring self control in me
particularly my eating routine and not prompting on talking.

Moderating blood sugar can be achieved through self control with the practice of yoga.
