SWIMMING IS THE BEST FOR T2 DIABETIC
I was a regular swimmer in Cauvery at Mayiladudurai during school and college days.
I have restarted swimming for the last 8 years , thanks to Alcove club.
Now I swim almost daily.
Swimming is the best way to balance your blood sugar.
