PREDIABETCS - WALK, JOG ALWAYS

Walking is a must for prediabetics.  Jogging can also be combined.

You have an annual target of:

3000 kilometers per year of walking
1000 kilometers per year of jogging

How to achieve this?

* Avoid using vehicles
* For any outside work, walk to reach.
