FORGET THE DIABETES AND CARRY ON

A diabetic remembers diabetes every minute of his life. Right from the morning to take a coffee which is South Indian habit, to add how many spoons of sugar, then during breakfast, then during lunch and dinner. The whole of his life he remains conscious of his blood sugar but do not know how to forget.  This will affect his profession .business and personal life.

DIABETICS can be moderated , if input or ingestion or eating is strictly disciplined.
