FIRSTLY, YOU ARE THE DOCTOR FOR YOUR BODY

Each and everyone,s  body is different from others; hence you should know your body firstly. You are the first doctor for yourself.

Being a diabetic, sugar and simple carbo should be avoided.  That is common to all diabetics.

If you avoid the both, you can assess your sugar counts and work out a plan which includes an hour of physical exercise.

Once the plan is in place, your visit to Physician can be once a year .

MY FOOD

Since I am a diabetic, I live on green veggies.  Most of my food are cooked green veggies or salads.

South India is famous for many vegetables curries, sambar, chutney. I avoid root vegetables and I love eating green vegetables curries without rice.

I also workout for an hour in a day .

My blood sugar is under control , you will be surprised i live without medicine.
