MY FOOD

Since I am a diabetic, I live on green veggies.  Most of my food are cooked green veggies or salads.

South India is famous for many vegetables curries, sambar, chutney. I avoid root vegetables and I love eating green vegetables curries without rice.

I also workout for an hour in a day .

My blood sugar is under control , you will be surprised i live without medicine.

SUGARLESS IS DIFFICULT OPTION


In India, coffee or tea is taken with a spoon of sugar. This is repeatedly drunk many times in a day. Diabetics should worry about this sugar intake. Try to drink sugarless coffee or tea alternatively black coffee, tea.

Adopt a sugarless day once a week.
Avoid processed foods, most of them contain sugar.
Avoid fizzy drinks, instead drink plain water.
