WHAT IS THE HURRY TO EAT

Most of the people are well fed.Still people in a party or on a festival time they eat hurriedly as though tomorrow is not there.

They never enjoy the food and they overeat.

Relish your food is the mantra of eating

SUGAR, SUGAR, SUGAR EVERY WHERE

Sugar is no good for your health.
Slowly and consciously reduce intake of sugar.
A child will become hyperactive with sugar intake.
Time has come for the parents to avoid sugar , so the children avoid the sugar.
