Lots of knowledge on diabetes, plenty of advices, attractive processed foods, as a diabetic you tend to get confused.  Use your intelligence to discard the husk from grain.  As of today food is the only way to moderate blood sugar and live happily.

SWIMMING AND WEIGHT TRAINING

My experience is glucose in the muscles are burnt faster with 20 minutes of swimming and 20 minutes of weight training.
