SWIMMING AND WEIGHT TRAINING

My experience is glucose in the muscles are burnt faster with 20 minutes of swimming and 20 minutes of weight training.

DIABETICS ARE TRUE PATRIOTS

Diabetics have to CONSERVE energy to moderate blood sugar.  Necessary they eat green vegetables so that sugar is released in a slow manner for the diabetic cells to absorb.  Today patriotism is to save water power and food etc.
A diabetic is given this opportunity.  Let us use it.
