People want to lose weight, best way is to live on GREEN VEGETABLES either raw or cooked, plant proteins and normal EXERCISES.  Your energy will be kept up, though there is gradual reduction of weight. Your body systems will work fantastically.  Wild animal elephant is a grass eater and domestic cow is grass eater.
