GREEN VEGAN MOVEMENT

Vegans are plant food eaters.
Green vegans are only green vegetables eaters. Diabetics should join the green vegan movement.  Green vegans will say no to fruits also.  Eating green vegetables can control the slow and steady release of starch in the system , as they are complex food and less starch content.
If you become a Green Vegan your body digestive and pollution systems will work beautifully.
